Communication
- Slack: This is our primary communication tool. Ensure you have the app installed on your device. Please check in when you start your day and check out when you're wrapping up.
- Status Updates: Keep us in the loop about your progress. If you face any blockers, let us know as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
Meetings
- Scrum Meetings: Join our scrum meetings every Monday and Thursday. This is where we'll discuss ongoing tasks, blockers, and next steps.
- Ad-hoc Meetings: If additional discussions are needed, we might schedule impromptu meetings. Always ensure you're available and prepared.
Work Schedule and Time Off
- Regular Work Hours: Please maintain consistent working hours to ensure overlap with the team.
- Holidays: Inform us at least a week in advance for any planned time off.
- Sick Leave: If you're unwell and can't work, please inform us as soon as possible. Additionally, provide any necessary adjustments to the schedule for tasks you're handling.
Contractual Details
- Notice Period: Should either party wish to end the contract, a notice period of one month is required. This period is to ensure proper handover of tasks and responsibilities.
- Payments: Ensure you have set up your Upwork payment method and billing information correctly. Please let us know if there are any issues.
Performance and Feedback
- We value quality work. Regular code reviews will be conducted to ensure the standard is met.
- Feedback is a two-way street. We welcome any suggestions or feedback you have about the project or work process.
Code and Documentation
- Always maintain clean and well-commented code.
- Document any major changes you make or new functionalities you introduce.
Tools and Access
